How the weekly rhythm works
Monday morning your week is loaded in the app. You train, log it and ask questions in chat as they come up. End of the week you send a check-in: weight, photos if relevant, sleep, energy, anything else worth tracking. By Sunday your next week is written, adjusted to everything that just happened.
